Testimonials
Our customers' opinions
A pleasure to work with Renée, who knows the American market well and put us in touch with several North American ecosystems. Very professional, very human. I recommend her.

Co-founder & CEO Fizimed - Innovative Femtech company
We worked with Renée first to understand the U.S. market, and then to plan for FIZIMED's eventual entry into the U.S. market. Collaboration was facilitated in both French and English, and we got answers to our questions about the regulatory situation, distribution and legal requirements, among others. Renée knows her country well, as well as the mentality and peculiarities of the market. Without advice from someone like her, it's impossible to understand the many differences that exist with France, and also between the country's 50 states. Renée was a pleasure to work with.

Director of Economic Development and International Trade at City of Mentor, Ohio
Renee was able to make appropriate connections with the health care sector in Strasbourg and the Grand E'st for our trade delegation that were pertinent and relevant for the aims of our trade mission. Her international experience and expertise make her an asset for American entities looking to do business in the region.

Who am I?
A little history...
With American degrees in economics and international management in my pocket, the desire to live in Europe and discover its cultural richness swept me away. I made my home first in Switzerland, and now in France.
Over the years, with a professional and private life spanning four continents, I've developed a GLOBAL MINDSET. I speak four languages, which facilitates exchanges with people from different backgrounds.
And now?
After years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry on the France-Switzerland-Germany border, and daily practice in cross-cultural management, I'm now focusing on supporting European companies (especially SMEs and startups) in medtech on the US market.
I keep up to date with the culture and norms of American business through trips to my home country and regular meetings with American players. Through discussions with friends and family, I keep up to date with the ever-changing American society.

So you can take advantage of the biggest market in the world!
The first step is to understand the U.S. market for your product or service. Discussions with players in the ecosystem are essential.
Follow REM CONSULT's four-step process to create an action plan for successfully bringing your product to the U.S. market.
Many European companies fail when they try to penetrate the American market, because they haven't identified all the cultural or systemic differences before going ahead.
Europe's excellence in technology and design is recognized by American players in the healthcare ecosystem. However, French companies often underestimate the importance of culture in communicating and selling effectively. An American with knowledge of both cultures will guide you through the process, helping you avoid costly and time-consuming mistakes.
- American mentalities and cultures differ considerably from those in Europe.
- The different healthcare ecosystems in Europe and the United States each have their own operating modes.
- You can rely on a single, trusted contact to coordinate your activities in the U.S. market.
